Jeff Benjamin Named Ken Hook Executive Director of the Year

Celebration Villa of Berwick leader earns national recognition at Priority Life Care’s 2026 Executive Director’s Symposium

Jeff Benjamin, executive director at Celebration Villa of Berwick, has been named the Ken Hook Executive Director of the Year Award at Priority Life Care’s annual Executive Director’s Symposium, which was recently held in Hutchinson, Florida.

This recognition highlights Benjamin’s performance and commitment to resident care throughout the past year, as well as her remarkable journey of dedication and growth. Recognized as a results-driven leader with a strong focus on occupancy, financial management, and culture, Benjamin plays an active role in sales, supports nursing when needed, and consistently meets deadlines. His ability to embrace change, work independently, and frequently assist other communities by mentoring and training new leadership – combined with his reliability and collaborative spirit – make him a valued Executive Director.

“This award is such an honor, and one I attribute to the work and effort of our entire team,” said Benjamin. “It’s our mission to provide the highest quality of care and create a vibrant, supportive environment for our residents. My hope is that this recognition inspires our team to continue raising the bar in senior living.”

“From sales to nursing and everywhere in between, Jeff leads through his service and support of everyone at Celebration Villa of Berwick,,” said Sevy Petras, CEO of Priority Life Care. “His dedication to our residents, staff, and the entire community exemplifies the standard of care and service we strive for across all our locations.”
